Covenant Coach Academy is a coach certification program operated by Team Keeley, LLC in Chesterfield, Virginia. We train men and women to coach with professional rigor and biblical conviction, and to build businesses that can sustain that calling for decades.
Our instructor

Hannah has been coaching for more than 25 years and has generated over $5 million in coaching revenue, while homeschooling seven children. She did not learn this in theory. She built it in real life, with real constraints and a real calling.
She created Covenant Coach Academy because she could not find a certification program that honored both professional rigor and biblical truth. So she built one. More than 300 coaches have since been trained and certified through her methodology.
Covenant Coach Academy is her life's work. It is the program she wishes had existed when she started.

Rigor over shortcuts
A weekend certificate does not make a coach. Our curriculum, live labs, and supervision exist so graduates are ready in practice, not just certified on paper.
Faith and psychology together
Our methodology integrates cognitive behavioral techniques, NLP, and biblical wisdom. The result is transformation that holds, not motivation that fades.
Stewardship, not apology
Charging well for a God-given gift is stewardship. We teach coaches to price, sell, and serve without guilt and without compromise.
A smaller table
We admit by interview, not by checkout. Not everyone who applies is invited, because the standard of this credential depends on who carries it.
Community after graduation
Certification is the beginning. Graduates keep access to biweekly office hours and an ongoing community of practicing Covenant Coaches.
Honest expectations
We do not guarantee income. We give you a proven framework, a complete business system, and the support to work it consistently.
