1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Covenant Coach Academy website, forms, chat widget, communications, and programs. Covenant Coach Academy is operated by Team Keeley, LLC, 11033 Merganser Terrace, Chesterfield, Virginia 23838, United States. By using this website or submitting information to us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. SMS text messaging program

Covenant Coach Academy operates an opt-in SMS messaging program. The terms in this section apply to every text message we send.

Program description

Individuals who opt in receive text messages from Covenant Coach Academy relating to enrollment interviews, application status and deadlines, program announcements, class and session reminders, account and billing notifications, and replies to questions they have asked us.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Covenant Coach Academy web form or chat widget and checking the SMS consent box, which is optional and is never pre-selected. The consent language presented at the point of sign-up reads:

You may also opt in verbally during a scheduled call, in which case your consent is recorded in our customer relationship management system with the date and time it was given.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with us and the activity on your application or enrollment. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile plan. Covenant Coach Academy does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. You may also email [email protected] or call +1 804-387-5632 to be removed.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Applications, deposits, and enrollment

Admission to Covenant Coach Academy is by interview. The $100 application fee reserves a private interview slot and does not guarantee enrollment. If you are accepted and choose to enroll, the deposit is applied in full toward tuition. If we mutually determine during the interview that the program is not the right fit, the deposit is refunded in full. The deposit is non-refundable only if you cancel your scheduled interview.

Program tuition, payment schedules, and financing options are presented during the enrollment interview and confirmed in a separate enrollment agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement controls.

4. Completion guarantee

Our completion guarantee applies to students who complete all ten modules, attend the live coaching labs, participate in both virtual intensives, and implement the Business-in-a-Box system. Specific milestone requirements are outlined during the enrollment interview and provided in full upon enrollment. The guarantee is not a general refund policy and does not apply to students who do not meet the stated participation requirements.

5. No income or results guarantee

Covenant Coach Academy provides training, methodology, and business tools. We do not guarantee any specific income, client volume, or business outcome. Results referenced on this website reflect the experience of particular individuals and are not typical. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and commitment. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum, frameworks, videos, workbooks, templates, recordings, and written materials provided by Covenant Coach Academy are the property of Team Keeley, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials in their own coaching practice. Materials may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or used to create a competing training or certification program without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our services to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to scrape or harvest information from it by automated means.

8. Third-party services

Our site relies on third-party providers for payments, video hosting, scheduling, and messaging. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Keeley, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our programs. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Keeley, LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website, materials, or services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
